dream internship/job

It's 130am, and I should be sleeping so I can be well-rested for training at the Haagen Dazs (I'll explain when I post about my last or close-to-last day at Dahlia Bakery), but I am too enthralled with Ace of Cakes. They made a tank cake with sparklers in the gun for God's sakes!

I don't know if I'll be able to leave San Francisco for my internship, but if I do, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to go to Baltimore to work for Duff Goldman at Charm City Cakes.

Inaugural

Well, here it is, the first of hopefully many entries to come. Woo hoo!

I hope I can keep it up. The reason for this blog is to document my journey through transitioning from Seattle to San Francisco, diving into culinary school for my baking and pastry certificate, and any other (mis)adventures that may emerge.

So here I go again (on my owwwwwwnnn!!! rawk!!!)...Hope you all enjoy the ride!
